1. What Broker Verify is

Broker Verify is a members-only platform where carrier-verified users submit load-tied payment reports about freight brokers. Broker Verify is a neutral host of user-submitted data. (PR-12: the core ledger is members-only and not indexed.)

2. The grade is a neutral, automated calculation

Each broker’s grade is computed from carrier-submitted numeric reports by a published, versioned, deterministic formula. Broker Verify does not hand-tune individual grades and does not author conclusory labels about any broker. A grade is “auto-calculated from N carrier-submitted reports,” not Broker Verify’s opinion of the broker. (PR-1, PR-4.)

3. Your reports: truthfulness warranty and indemnification

You warrant that every report you submit is truthful and based on your own first-hand experience with a specific load. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IGL Partners LLC against claims arising from content you submit. Reports must state verifiable facts (broker MC/DOT, load/rate-con reference, load date, agreed rate, amount paid, paid or unpaid status). Opinion belongs only in the clearly labeled comment field. 4. Eligibility and verification

Reading the ledger requires an active subscription. (A named broker may always read and respond to reports on their own profile at no charge.) Filing a report requires a verified carrier account tied to a real MC/DOT. You may be prompted to attach supporting evidence (rate confirmation, invoice, bill of lading, proof of payment), which is stored privately. (PR-7.)

5. Reporting standard: cold hard facts only

Reports must be cold, documented facts and your own first-hand experience — no foul or abusive language, no personal attacks or “bashing,” and no knowingly false statements. State what happened on the load and what you can support; keep any characterization to the clearly labeled opinion field. Also prohibited: harassment, doxxing, impersonation, fabricated reports, and any attempt to extort or retaliate. Profanity, insults, or fabricated content will be removed and may cost you access. 6. Broker right of reply

A named broker may obtain a free verified account to post a public response inline on any report and on its profile. (PR-5.)

7. Disputes, corrections, and removal

Reports may be disputed, corrected, or withdrawn under our Dispute Policy. We never charge any fee for the removal or suppression of a report. (PR-6, PR-8.)

8. Arbitration, class waiver, and governing law
