Accessibility Statement
Operator: IGL Holdings LLC · Service name: Broker Verify
Effective date: July 21, 2026 · Last updated: July 21, 2026
1. Our commitment
Broker Verify is built for people across the freight industry, and that includes people with disabilities. We want carriers, brokers, shippers, and factoring companies to be able to verify their authority, file and read reports, and manage a subscription regardless of how they use the web. Accessibility is part of how we build the product, not an afterthought.
2. The standard we work toward
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our target for design and functionality. In practice that means we work toward readable text and sufficient color contrast, keyboard access to interactive controls, labels and structure that assistive technology can interpret, and forms that communicate errors clearly.
3. An honest status
This is an ongoing commitment, not a finished certification. Broker Verify has not been formally audited or certified as fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA, and some areas of the application may not yet meet every guideline. We test and improve accessibility as we ship, and we would rather tell you plainly where we are than claim a conformance level we have not verified. If and when we complete a formal audit, we will update this statement to reflect the real, verified result.
4. Tell us about a barrier or request an accommodation
If you run into an accessibility barrier while using Broker Verify, or you need an accommodation to reach any content or feature, contact us and we will work with you. To help us respond quickly, tell us the page or feature involved and a short description of what went wrong or what you need.
Accessibility contact
Email: [email protected]
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five business days.
5. Third-party content
Some parts of the experience rely on outside services, such as our payment checkout and the FMCSA authority-verification system. We do not control how those services are built, but if one of them creates a barrier for you, let us know and we will help you find a way through or raise it with the provider.
